1. Definitions

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "Know Your Customer" / "KYC" means the identity and age verification process required by hai77 before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of Terms breach.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a User or legitimately won and cleared of any applicable wagering requirements, available for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. hai77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source to the extent permitted by applicable processes.

3. Account Registration

// 3.1 — Single Account Policy

Each individual person may register and maintain only one account on the hai77 Platform. If hai77 determines that a person holds more than one account, all accounts belonging to that individual may be suspended or permanently closed. Any winnings, bonuses, or withdrawals processed from duplicate accounts may be voided and reclaimed. If you have inadvertently created more than one account, you must contact hai77 support immediately to have duplicate accounts closed.

// 3.2 — Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are required to keep your account information current and accurate throughout the duration of your account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. hai77 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

// 4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

hai77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. hai77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match the name registered on your hai77 account. Deposits from accounts in a different name will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.

// 4.2 — Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your hai77 Wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the respective financial institution. hai77 does not accept any responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

// 4.3 — Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. hai77 aims to process withdrawal requests within the published processing timeframe. Real Money Balances (cleared of any wagering requirements) are withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hai77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the User when using international payment methods such as Visa or Mastercard are the sole responsibility of the User.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

// 5.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by hai77 are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion. These individual promotion terms are supplementary to and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms in relation to the specific promotion.

// 5.2 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied. Wagering Requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion. Real Money Balances are used before Bonus Funds for betting purposes. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within any stated time limit will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the account automatically.

// 5.3 — Bonus Abuse

hai77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing bets that do not constitute genuine play for the purpose of converting Bonus Funds; participating in coordinated wagering strategies that exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, hai77 reserves the right to void all related winnings, remove Bonus Funds, and close the account.

6. Betting Rules

// 6.1 — Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the hai77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference from the Platform. hai77 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in full or in part, without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

In the event of an obvious error in the odds, lines, or other terms presented on the Platform — including but not limited to typographical errors, feed errors, or system errors — hai77 reserves the right to void any affected bets at any time before, during, or after settlement. This applies regardless of whether a bet has already been confirmed and regardless of whether the User was aware of the error.

Bets are settled in accordance with the official results as published by the relevant governing body or, where no governing body exists, as determined by hai77 based on the best available information. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, hai77's decision is final and binding.

In-play or live betting markets carry additional risk due to the real-time nature of sporting events. Odds fluctuate rapidly and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation. Delays in connectivity or page loading are the responsibility of the User; bets submitted during a connectivity lapse are accepted at the odds current at the time of server receipt.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

// 7.1 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hai77 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any algorithmic tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Any attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform or to reverse engineer any part of the Platform's software.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point in the account lifecycle.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use your account.

Where hai77 determines, in its sole discretion, that any of the above activities have occurred, it reserves the right to: void any or all bets placed by the account; withhold and forfeit any winnings or balances; suspend or permanently close the account; report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

All content on the hai77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of hai77 or its content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, commercial exploitation, or modification of any content from the Platform without prior written consent from hai77 is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
